Three year warranty on wood slats against excessive warping. No warranty on color, rain or texture of the slats. As wood slats are a natural product, we cannot control these characteristics. Also, no warranty will be offered for warping of the wood due to humidity.
Three year warranty on PVC slats against warping, cracking or excessive fading.
Three year warranty on excessive discoloration of the fabric. No warranty on fabric damage due to humidity or other elements. Three year warranty on cording system under normal operating conditions.
